Community Guidelines

These Guidelines explain how OGAM users, fans, and hosts can keep profiles, chats, fan clubs, live streams, 1:1 calls, gifts, and paid features safe, respectful, authentic, and lawful.

Introduction

OGAM is built for real-time communication between adults through profiles, chats, fan clubs, live streams, 1:1 video calls, voice calls, gifts, and paid digital features. A safe community depends on users acting honestly, respecting boundaries, and avoiding content or conduct that can harm others.

These Community Guidelines explain what is allowed, what is not allowed, and how the Company may respond when a user, host, fan club, live room, chat, payment activity, or content creates risk.

Core Principles

Be real

Use your own account, accurate age, truthful profile information, and content you have the right to share.

Be respectful

Communicate without harassment, hate, threats, humiliation, pressure, or unwanted sexual behavior.

Be safe

Do not ask for private information, illegal activity, off-platform payments, or risky behavior.

Be responsible

Hosts and fans must follow payment, fan club, live, call, and content rules even when a feature is fast or real-time.

Age, Identity, and Account Authenticity

Adults only

  1. OGAM is available only to adults aged 20 or older. Underage users are not allowed to register, watch, stream, chat, call, join fan clubs, buy coins, send gifts, or use any other part of the Service.
  2. Do not upload, send, request, describe, promote, or sexualize content involving minors. There are no exceptions.
  3. If the Company detects or reasonably suspects underage use, underage content, false age information, or child safety risk, the Company may immediately restrict the account, preserve evidence where legally appropriate, and report the matter to authorities or platform operators.

Identity and profile honesty

  1. Do not impersonate another person, host, celebrity, agency, company, support staff, administrator, or payment provider.
  2. Do not use another person's photos, videos, voice, name, or profile details to mislead users.
  3. Do not create duplicate accounts, account farms, fake host profiles, fake fan profiles, fake traffic, fake gifts, or manipulated engagement.
  4. Nicknames and profile text must not contain threats, hate, explicit sexual wording, private contact information, payment requests, impersonation, or abusive language.

Safety Rules

Violence, hate, and dangerous behavior

  1. Do not threaten, praise, encourage, organize, or depict real violence, terrorism, criminal organizations, hate groups, or targeted harm.
  2. Do not attack or demean people based on race, nationality, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, occupation, social status, or other protected or sensitive characteristics.
  3. Do not encourage dangerous challenges, physical injury, coercion, blackmail, trafficking, exploitation, or non-consensual acts.

Bullying, harassment, and unwanted pressure

  1. Do not insult, shame, threaten, stalk, spam, intimidate, repeatedly contact, or pressure another user after they refuse or stop responding.
  2. Do not demand calls, gifts, refunds, private contact, sexual behavior, personal photos, external messaging, or off-platform meetings.
  3. Do not weaponize reports, chargebacks, fan club participation, gifts, screenshots, or private messages to harass or control another person.

Self-harm and crisis situations

  1. Do not promote, praise, instruct, encourage, or exploit suicide, self-harm, eating disorders, or other immediate harm.
  2. If someone appears to be in immediate danger, contact local emergency or crisis support services. OGAM is not an emergency service.
  3. Supportive discussion may be allowed when it is non-graphic, recovery-oriented, and does not encourage harmful behavior.

Content Standards

Adult-themed or sexual content

  1. Do not share nudity, sexual acts, explicit sexual content, sexualized body focus, non-consensual intimate content, or sexual solicitation in profiles, photos, videos, live streams, chats, fan clubs, feeds, paid content, or calls.
  2. Do not request, trade, sell, or pressure another person for sexual content, private images, screenshots, recordings, or sexual services.
  3. Clothing, poses, captions, stickers, camera angles, or edited media intended mainly to sexualize the body may be restricted, removed, or rejected.

Photos, profile media, feeds, and galleries

Allowed direction
  • Clear profile images that represent you truthfully
  • Respectful photos, videos, introductions, and feeds
  • Content you own or have permission to use
  • Fan club content that follows the same safety rules
Not allowed
  • Underage people or content that appears underage
  • Impersonation, stolen media, or deceptive editing
  • Nudity, near nudity, underwear-focused media
  • Ads, solicitation, weapons, drugs, scams, or hate

Illegal or regulated activity

  1. Do not use OGAM to buy, sell, trade, promote, coordinate, or request illegal goods or services.
  2. Prohibited activity includes drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, gambling, prostitution, trafficking, exploitation, fraud, hacking, identity theft, money laundering, and other criminal activity.
  3. The Company may report illegal or dangerous activity to relevant authorities, app stores, payment platforms, or safety partners where appropriate.

Privacy and Personal Information

  1. Do not post or send private information about yourself or others, including legal name, phone number, email, home address, workplace, school, government ID, passport, resident number, password, verification code, bank account, card information, or precise location.
  2. Do not pressure anyone to move to external messaging apps, reveal contact details, share financial information, verify identity outside OGAM, or meet offline.
  3. Do not record, screenshot, redistribute, sell, or threaten to expose private chats, fan club messages, live streams, or calls without proper consent and legal authority.
  4. If private information is shared by mistake, use report and support tools quickly. The Company may remove content and restrict accounts to reduce harm.

Authenticity, Spam, and Scams

  1. Do not deceive users with fake stories, fake emergencies, fake relationships, fake income promises, fake host status, fake agency claims, fake support messages, or fake payment screenshots.
  2. Do not send spam, mass messages, repetitive promotional messages, misleading links, malware, phishing attempts, or suspicious external URLs.
  3. Do not manipulate recommendations, rankings, fan club activity, viewer counts, gifts, likes, comments, call requests, or host earnings.
  4. Do not use bots, scripts, emulators, modified apps, unauthorized clients, automation, account farms, or fake devices unless the Company expressly authorizes it.
Off-platform risk: OGAM safety, payment, refund, and moderation protections may not apply when users move conversations, payments, or transactions outside OGAM.

Live, Fan Club, and 1:1 Call Guidelines

For hosts

  1. Hosts must follow these Guidelines during profiles, feeds, gallery uploads, fan club chats, live streams, paid feeds, 1:1 video calls, voice calls, and customer support interactions.
  2. Hosts must not promise off-platform benefits, ask for external payments, pressure users for gifts, misrepresent call rates, or use misleading thumbnails, names, profile media, or event notices.
  3. Hosts must keep live streams and calls lawful, respectful, and appropriate for OGAM. The same content rules apply even when a live stream is paused or when a host enters a private call from a fan club live.
  4. Host approval, exposure, fan club creation, call availability, settlement, and payout can be restricted for safety, quality, policy, payment, or verification reasons.

For fans and viewers

  1. Fans must respect host boundaries, fan club rules, live room moderation, and the choices of other viewers.
  2. Do not spam live chats, disrupt fan clubs, demand private calls, pressure hosts for personal information, or request prohibited content.
  3. Do not abuse gifts, chargebacks, fan club memberships, paid content access, or reports to manipulate hosts or other users.

Private calls and translations

  1. 1:1 video calls and voice calls must follow the same safety, privacy, and content rules as chats and live streams.
  2. Do not record, distribute, threaten, coerce, sexualize, or exploit another person during or after a call.
  3. Automated translation or AI support may help communication, but users remain responsible for what they say, type, send, or request.

Reporting, Review, and Enforcement

How reviews work

  1. The Company may review reports, account signals, profile media, fan club activity, live rooms, chats, call metadata, payment records, device signals, and service logs through automated systems and human review.
  2. The Company may act even if content was deleted, sent in a private room, shown briefly in a live stream, hidden behind paid access, or moved to another feature.
  3. Context matters. The Company may consider intent, severity, recurrence, harm, legal risk, payment risk, reports, account history, and cooperation during review.

Possible actions

  1. Warning, education, or request to edit content
  2. Content removal, profile rejection, or visibility limits
  3. Live room pause, fan club restriction, or call restriction
  4. Chat, gift, payment, VIP, coin, or settlement limitation
  5. Account suspension, host status removal, or permanent ban
  6. Device, payment, or verification restrictions
  7. Report to app stores, payment platforms, or authorities

Appeals

If you believe enforcement was mistaken, contact support with your account information, the affected feature, and a clear explanation. The Company may not be able to share all details if doing so would harm safety, privacy, security, investigations, or legal compliance.

Addendum

  1. These Guidelines apply from the date of enforcement below and may be updated to reflect law, safety risks, product changes, payment rules, app store rules, or operation policy.
  2. The Company may apply stricter standards where required to protect minors, prevent exploitation, comply with law, satisfy app store requirements, or maintain payment integrity.
  3. If these Guidelines are translated into another language and there is a conflict between versions, the version designated by the Company as controlling will apply to the extent permitted by law.
